DFA Confinement 
Herbal Bath
大风艾坐月沐浴草药
Place 1 pack into a 3 litres of boiling water & 
leave it to simmer for 10-15minutes & 
 Pour into a bigger container &
Add in more warm water (max 18 liter) for bath. 
将茶包放入水锅里,以慢火煮10-15分钟后茶包取出。 
加入温水(18毫升) 以便梳洗。
Red Dates Dang Shen 
Tea
红枣党参茶
Rinse all the ingredients.
 Add all the ingredients into the pot with 2-3 litres of water
Slow boil (slow cooker will be good) for an 1 hour.
Always keep the red dates tea warm.
将所有的中草药材冲洗一便。
在将所以的材料放入炖盅/ 锅内加入2-3公升水,
炖之1小时。将红枣茶保持在温热程度。

Nutrition Soups
产后补汤

Rinse the herbal ingredients.
Blanch the 300g-500g meat (chicken/pork) in boiling water 

and remove the meat out from the pot. 
Add all ingredients into the pot with
800ml-1000ml of water and stew for 2 to 3 hours.


将所有的中草药材冲洗一便。
在将300克-500克
肉(鸡或猪)川烫后, 捞起备用。
将所以的材料放入炖盅内加入800毫升-1000毫升水,
炖之2-3小时即可。
