Place 1 pack into a 3 litres of boiling water &
leave it to simmer for 10-15minutes & Pour into a bigger container & Add in more warm water (max 18 liter) for bath. |

Rinse
all the ingredients.
Add all the ingredients into the pot with 2-3 litres of water Slow boil (slow cooker will be good) for an 1 hour. Always keep the red dates tea warm. |

Nutrition Soups 产后补汤 | Rinse the herbal ingredients. Blanch the 300g-500g meat (chicken/pork) in boiling water and remove the meat out from the pot. Add all ingredients into the pot with 800ml-1000ml of water and stew for 2 to 3 hours. |
